Commissioning and retrofits without stopping production
Reprogramming or extending a control system rarely happens on a clean slate. The line has to keep producing, downtime windows are short, and every change has to work first time. We work methodically: clear specification, testing before deployment, phased commissioning and on-site troubleshooting - with a plan to roll back quickly if something isn't right.

We take on existing installations - optimising, extending and troubleshooting them, including migration of legacy Siemens control to TIA Portal. We map the existing functionality and improve it without losing what already works.

A PLC is only as good as its commissioning. We test, validate and commission on site - and have done so in demanding environments, from lab validation to international rollouts. We stay until the line runs as it should.
