Taking over and documenting systems with no records
Has the previous supplier left the project with documentation that is incomplete or missing altogether? We map the plant as it actually works – PLC program, HMI screens, signal lists and communication – and hand over documentation that becomes yours and can be passed on to whoever you choose. Often the fastest way to regain control of a plant before larger changes are planned.
IT/OT security in industrial and building automation
An unsecured control system is a production and operational risk, not just an IT issue. We harden PLC, HMI and SCADA environments in line with IEC 62443 principles: authentication, access control, event logging and encrypted remote access – built in from the start.
Diagnostics, maintenance and control system modernisation
A production disruption costs money every minute it lasts, and an outdated control system gets more expensive to maintain every year. We troubleshoot faults in PLC, HMI and SCADA/MES communication, handle preventive maintenance, and modernise older control systems – Siemens (migration from Step 7 to TIA Portal) and Mitsubishi.

Connected over 300 machine cells and robot stations to SCADA/MES via OPC UA, S7 and ISO-on-TCP, across engine machining, gearbox manufacturing and battery production. Ignition SCADA system with thousands of tags, several SQL databases and dozens of dashboards. A real-time alarm system that flags process deviations the moment they occur.
Dairy Automation & Robotics
System integration, verification and full-scale testing of a global herd management and milk production system – on pilot installations ahead of worldwide rollout. Every new function and milking cycle was tested at pilot farms in Germany, Ireland and the UK.
Public Buildings
Programming and commissioning of control systems for 13 climate-controlled zones – regulating temperature, humidity and CO₂ – across 12 PLCs (Mitsubishi), with energy metering via M-Bus and Modbus, fire dampers and security doors. A camera-based visitor counting system was integrated with the climate control and the doors between zones, so that occupancy per zone could be matched to the requirements of each exhibition. Delivered for one of Sweden's largest and most important museums.
Port & Marine Infrastructure
Programming and commissioning of ventilation control, room climate control and lighting systems for the entire ferry terminal and port infrastructure. Distributed I/O system controlled via Mitsubishi PLC, with energy metering via M-Bus and Modbus. Energy optimisation through calendar-scheduled operation combined with PID control.
