1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more effectively, to remember your preferences, and to understand how you use websites and online services.
Under Chapter 9, Section 28 of the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (2022:482, LEK), we may store or read information on your device only with your consent, unless it is strictly necessary for a service you have explicitly requested. The supervisory authority is the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS).
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Essential cookies (no consent required)
These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly:
- CookieConsent (Cookiebot): Stores your consent choice so we don't need to ask again. Duration: 1 month, after which we ask again.
The website does not set any session or preference cookies of its own.
Local storage in your browser
In addition to cookies, the website uses your browser's session storage (sessionStorage). It is cleared when you close the tab.
- Contact form draft (no consent required): Saved when you submit the form so the text can be restored if sending fails. After a successful submission the thank-you page reads the email address for enhanced conversions and deletes the draft.
- Campaign parameters – UTM, gclid, li_fat_id (requires statistics consent): Sent with your message so we can see which channel it came from.
- Client ID for events sent via our server (requires statistics consent): Used when clicks are sent via our server to Google Analytics 4.
Spam protection (no consent required)
The contact form is protected by a computational task that your browser solves automatically (ALTCHA method, on our own server). It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
Analytics cookies (consent required)
These cookies help us understand how you use our website:
- Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_#): Tracks page views, user behavior, session duration, and bounce rate. Helps us improve website performance and content.
- Duration: the _ga and _ga_# cookies 2 years; data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months
Marketing cookies (consent required)
These cookies enable advertising and remarketing campaigns:
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking (_gcl_au, _gcl_ls): Tracks conversions from Google Ads campaigns (contact form submissions, clicks). _gcl_au: 3 months; _gcl_ls is kept in the browser's local storage.
- Google Ads Remarketing (pagead/1p-user-list, test_cookie): Remembers your visit so we can show relevant ads on other websites. pagead/1p-user-list is a pixel for the session; test_cookie (doubleclick.net) checks whether the browser accepts cookies, 1 day.
- Microsoft Advertising UET (_uetsid, _uetvid, MUID, _cltk): Measures conversions from Bing ads. _uetsid: 1 day, _uetvid and MUID: 1 year. _uetsid and _uetvid are also kept in local storage, together with their expiry dates (_uetsid_exp, _uetvid_exp). _cltk (local storage, for the session) registers statistics about the visit for Microsoft.
- Duration: from the session up to 1 year depending on cookie type
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are set by third-party services (Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation, Usercentrics A/S – Cookiebot). These services may use cookies to track users across multiple websites for analytics and advertising purposes.
4. Cookie Consent & Management
When you first visit our website, a Cookiebot consent banner appears asking you to accept cookies. You can:
- Allow all: Accept all analytics and marketing cookies
- Deny: Reject all cookies that are not necessary
- Allow selection / Customize: Choose which categories you accept
Change or withdraw your consent
Click Cookie settings in the footer, or the cookie icon in the bottom left corner if it is shown. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
If an ad blocker or a VPN filter blocks Cookiebot, neither the banner nor the settings can be shown. In that case no analytics or marketing tags are loaded either, because they only start after consent recorded by Cookiebot. To change an earlier consent, temporarily allow consent.cookiebot.com in your blocker or delete this website's cookies in your browser.
5. Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Consent Mode v2 to synchronize your cookie preferences with Google services. This ensures that:
- Analytics data is only collected if you consent to analytical cookies
- Ads tracking is only enabled if you consent to marketing cookies
- Your preferences are respected across all Google products
From 3 August 2026, Google may use your IP address to measure ad performance and to personalize ads in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland - but only when you have granted marketing consent. Without consent, no Google tags are loaded.

8. Data Retention
Cookies have varying retention periods (see the declaration below). Analytics and marketing cookies last from the session up to 24 months. You can clear cookies manually through your browser settings at any time.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our cookie usage or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date will be changed to reflect any updates.
