We design, integrate and migrate SCADA systems for industrial facilities, buildings and infrastructure - built on Ignition and Siemens WinCC. From process visualisation and alarm handling to OPC-UA/MES integration and secure remote access.

Migration and integration without downtime

Most SCADA work doesn't happen on a greenfield. The system has to be replaced or extended while the plant keeps running - and every minute of unplanned downtime costs. We plan migration and integration around operational continuity: phased commissioning, validation against the existing system, and a clear rollback path if anything deviates. The goal is that operators are never left without an overview.

We are vendor-independent, but work deepest in the platforms we are certified on.

Ignition (Inductive Automation)

Our primary platform for new SCADA projects - Ignition 8.3 Credentialed. Web-based interfaces, alarming, trending, historian integration and reporting in a single system.

Siemens WinCC

SCADA in the TIA Portal environment for Siemens-based plants. Certified: Simatic WinCC SCADA (Siemens AB, Stockholm).

OPC-UA / MES integration

Connectivity between control systems, SCADA and higher-level systems over OPC-UA - traceability and production data all the way to MES.

Migration from legacy platforms

We take over existing systems built in AVEVA Plant SCADA (Citect) or other legacy platforms and migrate them to a modern Ignition-based solution - mapping tags, alarms, historian and visualisation, and maintaining operational continuity throughout the transition. We do not offer ongoing development or maintenance of Citect/AVEVA as a platform; our focus is migration away from them.

OT security

A SCADA system is part of the OT environment and shouldn't be secured like ordinary IT after the fact. We assess and harden the cybersecurity of industrial control systems in accordance with IEC 62443 - and build SCADA solutions with secure web and remote access from the start, not as a bolted-on layer.
