What We Do
End-to-End SCADA & Automation Engineering
From analysis and specification, through PLC programming and FAT/SAT testing, to phased commissioning, documentation and long-term support.
SCADA & Visualisation
We design and implement SCADA systems, HMI panels and production dashboards (MES) – from greenfield projects to migrations from legacy platforms. We build visualisation in Ignition and Siemens WinCC, and operator interfaces for Beijer iX panels. Solutions include alarm management, trending, historian integration, reporting and secure web-based remote access. Clear, operator-focused interfaces with alarm prioritisation that separates critical alarms from noise.
Industry 4.0 & OT Security
We develop product traceability systems using OPC UA, Profinet and IoT protocols. We assess and harden the cybersecurity posture of OT environments – protecting industrial control systems in line with IEC 62443 principles.
Industrial Automation
We program and commission automation equipment for manufacturing environments – new installations and optimisation of existing production lines. We handle the full chain: specification, PLC programming, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Building Automation
We design and implement Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and residential properties – including HVAC control, energy optimisation and infrastructure automation.
Diagnostics & Maintenance
We troubleshoot and resolve faults in both software and hardware. We carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of automation equipment.
Project Management & Training
We provide technical consulting and project management for automation projects. We also deliver customised training programmes for engineering teams.

Robsonus AB was founded in 2019 in Stockholm by Robert Wszolek – an engineer with a BSc in Automatic Control and Robotics and over 12 years of hands-on experience in SCADA/HMI development, industrial automation, building infrastructure and industrial IT.

Over a decade of engineering work across manufacturing, critical infrastructure and public sector – in Sweden and internationally.
Automotive Manufacturing
Connected over 300 machine cells and robot stations to SCADA/MES via OPC UA, S7 and ISO-on-TCP, across engine machining, gearbox manufacturing and battery production. Ignition SCADA system with thousands of tags, several SQL databases and dozens of dashboards. A real-time alarm system that flags process deviations the moment they occur.
Dairy Automation & Robotics
System integration, verification and full-scale testing of a global herd management and milk production system – on pilot installations ahead of worldwide rollout. Every new function and milking cycle was tested at pilot farms in Germany, Ireland and the UK.
Public Buildings
Programming and commissioning of control systems for 13 climate-controlled zones – regulating temperature, humidity and CO₂ – across 12 PLCs (Mitsubishi), with energy metering via M-Bus and Modbus, fire dampers and security doors. A camera-based visitor counting system was integrated with the climate control and the doors between zones, so that occupancy per zone could be matched to the requirements of each exhibition. Delivered for one of Sweden's largest and most important museums.
Port & Marine Infrastructure
Programming and commissioning of ventilation control, room climate control and lighting systems for the entire ferry terminal and port infrastructure. Distributed I/O system controlled via Mitsubishi PLC, with energy metering via M-Bus and Modbus. Energy optimisation through calendar-scheduled operation combined with PID control.
